Running or Ultra running has been a transformative experience in my life. It challenges my physical limits, helps me grow beyond, and allows me to explore breathtaking landscapes while pushing my boundaries.

Triathlon Training

If you have the courage and determination to go beyond what you think or imagine your limits are, go for a triathlon race. The combination of three sports, swimming, cycling, and running, makes it one of the toughest single-day sports in the world. You can choose to be a triathlete first before you decide to go for an Olympic or half half-distance, or full-distance triathlon race.

The key to successful Marathon training (half or full) is consistent "weekly mileage". 

Follow a structured personal plan that is goal-focused by an Endurance Indian Triathlete.

Ultra Runs: Dare to Dream

Aspiring Ultra Runners have to begin the training with a strong running foundation to sustain, like marathon training, and then endure Ultraruns for a longer time.

The structure will be planned to make you feel comfortable running over 30-35 km, and eventually 60-80 km for weeks, with no injury.  You should also be prepared to run upwards of 80-120 km per week across five days of workouts.

SWIM-BIKE-RUN

 It is important to build a strong foundation for all three sports, and the triathlon training plan will be customized according to the individual's core strength and efficiency in these three sports.
